Google Fit calorie burns

Does anyone have a sense of how accurate the Google Fit calorie burn estimates are? Today it estimated 400 calories for a 35 minute run, which seems a bit low, and 430 calories for 18 holes of golf (walking, carrying ), which seems a bit high, but overall it seems reasonable.

Just started using it a week ago. Like you, some things seems high, some low. If I have any serious doubt, I try and find an average from a few websites and modify by that. I have found it to be generally on target with MFP for most things. For me, once I get a sense of it and how well I am or am not doing with it, I will "know" and not be too bothered by it. If my progress is there, why worry too much?
Too me, if I'm using the same scale(s) consistently, results will iron themselves out.
