Hi. My name is Kim. Never had a weight problem when younger, but years and pounds seem to keep adding up. I want to lose weight in a sensible and maintainable way. I'm focusing on being more consistent with workouts and cutting out the junk food to start.

Welcome Kim! I have some similar goals. I feel like I have struggled with my weight forever! But trying to keep to the work outs and cutting out junk food is a great start. I found that cutting out soda completely really helped me. Keep up the good work!0
