So let me start off with I work in subway. It gets really boreing really fast but the only other options are convience food or mcdonalds. I am trying to see if there are any other options to mix it up so the calories don't add up.

    You've got all the food groups right there in front of you. I'd mix it up with salads some days. Could you invest in a plastic container to bring your own food some days?

    What would the salt content of it be? Would need to ask my doctor about hypertension or hyponetremia?

    I would love to work at subway lol. All my favorite foods just not bread all the time but lettuce wraps. For you I'd bring your lunch when you want something different. Soup, your own hamburger pattie, some leftovers. You could bring cooked spaghetti & add meatballs to break up monotony.

    I work in a subway that is attatched to a McDonald's and a loves travel stop so the other options are really limited to subway McDonald's or stuff such as the roller grill or pre packaged sandwiches .

    My hubs takes his food to work with him in a small insulated lunch bag that fits containers into it, and also refreezable ice packs.
