im new here and hoping for some encouragement along the way!! Trying to lose baby weight, my little girl is 9 months tomorrow and desperately want to lose 2 stone!! I'm heavier now than what I was just before she was born at 35 weeks!
Suffered with PND which I don't think has helped, I need to stop the comfort eating

Go easy on yourself, is my first bit of advice :)
You've not long had a baby, you've overcome PND and you're also a mother - you've had a lot going on, so be gentle with yourself. By all means, lose the weight but do it in a realistic and sustainable way. Allow yourself 'treats' here and there because you're human and celebrate each pound lost. You can do this! Good luck!

Aww thank you PinkPixie. I also have a 7 and 9 yr old and went back to work full time in June. I'm bloody knackered but need to get myself back into shape!!
I think I'm going to need treats to keep me going
