    My most eaten food is by far olive oil. I put it in/on just about everything I eat.

    I eat these daily: garlic, onions, nuts, beans
    And these most days: carrots, wine, leafy greens

    i eat a crap ton of veggies...pinto or black beans almost every day...eggs pretty much every day...avocado pretty much every day. I also eat a lot of cod, salmon, and chicken.

    Probably twice as much as any other food by weight.

    It's so hard to get enough protein on 1000 cal deficit.

    My diet is so random, the only thing I have eaten a lot of consistently in recent weeks is naan chips, because I discovered them, thought they were delicious, and bought several bags. :) But I guess I also eat lots of nuts, and eggs and milk are a staple.

    If I ignore my morning coffee routine, it's eggs and cheese. I'm working to get more fiber so stuff is changing a bit.
