Eat the foods you enjoy within your calorie goal. A calorie deficit is all you need to lose weight. Make sure to hit your macros (protein, fat, carbs, etc) and exercise moderation.0

Eat exactly what you would eat if you were trying to gain or lose, but either less or more of it0 -
Workout for health AND to keep your metabolism up. Getting sedentary makes weight loss hard to maintain.0
