I've out of the gym for 3 months. Eating way to many calories and the scale and my clothes are not happy. How should I start back up so I don't burn out? And how many calories should I eat? I was 149 now I'm 160. I was thinking a good mix of cardio and weights and salads with protein on top?

enter your stats into MFP
it does the work and calculations for you0 -
Oh ..My goal weight is 130-135 lbs by March0

so set up MFP, put in 1 lb per week loss (or maybe 0.5), and see what it says as your calorie goal.0

You can enter it in to MFP.
I entered my information here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator
This calculated the total number of calories I should be eating overall. I don't eat back my exercise calories because it's accounted for here. This is the easiest way, in my honest opinion.
I pretty much swear by MFP for advice and support though
Best of luck0
