Question - Calories

Should I be netting 1,200 calories per day to lose weight or should I be netting less than 1,200 calories. I work out for about an hour per day, but I am only netting around 600-900 calories per day & seems like I am stagnant in losing weight. Do I have to fuel my body in netting 1,200 calories per day in triggering my metabolism to lose weight more rapidly and healthier? Thanks!

If MFP suggests 1200 calories, you should be eating as close to 1200 as possible.0

Net 1200, that's the minimum for any plan on MFP!0
