Newbie here saying hi

Hi everyone I'm Sylvia and I am wanting to shed 2 stone. Started my diet last wed and have lost 3lb so far! I really struggle sometimes on a night as I was used to eating a lot then, any suggestions to curb the craving much appreciated.

    Hi Sylvia, eating some protein will curb cravings, such as tuna or grilled chicken. Protein needs energy to be digested, therefore the calories are negligible. Well done and keep it up
