hi already lost 6 stones just 2 more to go

hi i have recently been diagnosed with Diverticular disease and diverticulitis had already lost 6 stones , need to shed 2 more , joined this so i can track my new diet as i have to eat high fiber now , the last plan i was on was high protein so it's a change for me ,, wish me luck
