    I went to Disney this past weekend and ate way to much! Hopefully it's just bloating from all the sodium. IM SURE the turkey leg and dinner I had at Raglan Road was loaded with sodium!

    I went hiking 15 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and I feel fantastically sore today. At the same time, I ate back almost all the “bonus” calories all that exercise gave me, and I didn’t manage to lose that pound this week. This week is off to a good start, hopefully I can make up the lost time before my check-in next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm still working on my lack of will power this week... I'm also trying to continue to stay within my calories and am only trying to allow myself to go over no more than 20% into my exercise calories burned for the day. My plan is to make that 20% a protein smoothie, extra protein or veggies that way at least my overage will be good for me.

    I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining.


    I know having the same trouble maintaining as you are having. And you thought the hard work was over. Until we figure it out it will be logging every day and making sure we do not go over on our calories. Every day can be different depending on the amount of calories burned. Hard line to balance on. But there are a lot of us working on it. if you figure something out to do this let me know too. :smiley:

    Not drinking will be very hard for me but I think hugely important in this journey/lifestyle change.

    I was 20 pounds heavier than you are now when I started my journey. I did have the occasional drinks along they way, but you just have to make sure you log every drop. I found the best way was to keep myself honest, especially when you go over your calories for the day.

    Successes/struggles this week: Not surprised at all. Last week was rough, and I think I put on a few pounds. I knew I wasn't going to see a major drop, I just wanted to at least be back to where I started. I'm feeling better this week, so I am expecting a bigger drop at next weigh-in.

    Allergies are still kicking my behind, and our A/C has been down for a week. While I want to cook my own meals, it's been way too hot, so I've been eating out a lot lately. I'm making good choices, I'm just not always certain of the actual weights which is a little frustrating.
