Losing weight and get lean

I've lost a total of 65 lbs and hasn't looked back. My heaviest weight was at 215lbs and have tried everything from dieting to cardio but little do I know...I didn't have the right approach and of course did not succeed. One day I decided to cut my food portion in half and started seeing the weight come off...what helped with the rapid weight loss was I was playing 2 hours of basketball 5 days a week...one year later, I started weight lifting...getting tips from people who have been in doing it a while and watching youtube...:) my current weight is 153 lbs with 8% body fat.rfpcwqrfdu5c.jpg
