i went out to eat last night and saved half to cut the calories in half and I am going out today so I don't have access to a microwave to reheat it, so I guess even though it's not as healthy could I have it for breakfast and then fix my calories for the rest of the day?

I guess I'm wondering if eating poorly in the morning is worse than the afternoon/evening. Sorry if I sound dumb

As long as you're in your calories it doesn't matter what you eat. So eat it and just work out your calories around it.

I used to regularly have chocolate/biscuits for breakfast. Now I have fried food everyday.

It doesn't matter what you eat, or when. All that matters is how much.

eat it when you want. breakfast is fine. depending on what it is, cold for lunch might work too.

meal timing makes no difference, nor does eating dinner foods for breakfast, breakfast foods for lunch etc. If you usually eat a filling breakfast it might affect your hunger levels different throughout the day - but as long as your calories add up right at the end of the day it won't make any difference to your weight loss.

    What's an unhealthy breakfast? ;)

To lose weight, you can eat what you want as long as it fits in your calorie goals.

You don't sound dumb at all. You can eat any amount of anything within your caloric allotment, and still lose weight. Not the smartest way, but doable. But you phrased it perfectly in your post. You are wondering if you "eat poorly in the morning"....those words right there. You can eat fried food, biscuits, cake and cupcakes every morning, and still survive. But YOU know you're eating poorly. Eventually you may come to a point where you decide your body deserves for you to fill it with more nutritious foods, especially to start your engine at the beginning of the day. Good luck, everyone has different ways of looking at it, and different things work for different people. Only you will know what's right for you. If it's a one off type of day, I wouldn't even think twice about it :) xo

If you can lose weight at 1,500 calories a day, you could eat nothing but 1,500 calories sugar and still lose weight. It could be anything at all, as long as you stop eating once you hit 1,500 calories. Donuts. Big Macs and Milk Shakes.

The point to eating well is to ensure you're getting the nutrients you need to be healthy, which is related to, but separate a issue from, weight control.
