never mind my weird titles. I'm reaching out to you guys to find out other stuff that I can make quickly for breakfast before class. Right now, I'm having a protein shake (180 cals) before 8am and 2oz of lite spam (110 cals) and 2/3 cups of egg whites (~75 cals) around 10am. This has been fine for a couple weeks, but I'm getting bored... And don't suggest fruit. Yes, I will eat fruit but not in the morning you weirdos. On the bright side, I'm at 27% carbs, 35% fat, and 38% protein on my macros every morning.

Haha you're opposite of me. My morning tends to have some fruit and carbs and I work on protein/low carbs at lunch with salads with meat and veggies.

Do you like yogurt? I eat plain yogurt - as in yep absolutely no sugar added tastes like sour cream yogurt. I usually mix in fruit or kashi cereal or something but I bet you could mix in a little protein powder for sweetness or maybe if you know of a high protein cereal that wouldn't break your carb bank.

I really like Luna bars for quick needs. They're under 200 cals and usually have like 9 grams of protein, 4 of fiber and 10 of sugar - which is lower than most cereals. They also pack a third of your calcium and iron for the day.

    Good luck!

    A protein/savoury gal?

How about crustless quiche made ahead of time?

Rye toast with light skinny cow.

Crustless quiches in a muffin pan are so tasty. They are basically a dumping ground for whatever leftovers I need to use up. Especially after fajita night.

OP uses one weird trick to write titles -- you won't believe what she does next! :p

And to stay on topic: try Greek yogurt or a Cliff bar.

Are you trying to stay around the same macro percentages, or are you just looking for ideas in general?

I've done these with half whole eggs, half egg whites, and you add in pretty much anything you want. I would make a big batch on the weekend and just heat as needed during the week.

Oatmeal, Cheerios, waffles, eggs, toast, granola (without dried fruit, if that is "weirdo" food, lol), granola bars.

Thanks for all of your helpful suggestions! I'm eating Greek yogurt mixed with a high protein, low cal plain cereal for breakfast sometimes as well as a banana! I like eating protein in the morning so I stay fuller and won't be tempted to snack throughout the day. Yall are the best!
