What kind of plan are you going for?
Just generally low calorie? Low carb? High carb? More whole foods?

I love Mexican food so I altered the typical taco dinner. Ground turkey seasoned with cumin, a little salt, pepper, onion or what every you like. Typical lettuce, tomato, onion, NO cheese, but the kicker is I like sour cream, but substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt, half the calories, corn tortilla. Black bean with a little cilantro and brown rice with some Pace sauce. Give it try, it's pretty good.0

What did you eat before? Track your calories eating the same things you've eaten before but eat less of it. See if you can make small changes.0

I use allrecipes.com for a lot of things. They're good about providing nutrition info for their recipes, so that's handy in planning what to do.0
