Going to Starbucks. I usually have a cappuccino with an extra shot. Any suggestions for tasty treats to go with it. Not a muffin lover. Sometimes I like to feel good about my food choices and other times naughty;)

I'm pretty simple; I like their everything bagels. Or the pumpkin bread if they have it yet. They've started putting calorie counts on everything, so I'd just look over what they have. Usually I'd rather spend the calories on getting a drink and not their food stuffs.0

I like the little packages of nuts up at the registers, sometimes they have sweet ones that would probably be good with your drink. They used to have some really good spicy ones but I haven't seen them in forever.
The cake pops are pretty good, the chocolate one is really dense and rich but it's 140 calories.0 -
For a light snack I like the little fruit bars some locations sell - I think they're called That's It or something - they just have 2 fruits and are sold by the registers. They're around 100 calories. For something a little more filling I like the Spinach Feta Wrap or a Yogurt Parfait.

Thanks for that. I live in the UK so unfortunately a lot of what you have we don't. We gave the pumpkin cake but not bread and how I do fancy the cake pop but it's not on the menu. Our cakes are raspberry and coconut, lemon drizzle and pumpkin (seasonal). I think I'll have to send Starbucks head quarters an email about stocking some of the stuff you guys mentioned. Yogurt parfait to go and a cake pop please.mmmm0

UK Starbuck's ginger snaps or almond biscotti are lovely, grab and go by the till. The berry good bircher is divine! For other coffee chain choices, here are some of my personal favourites. If you go to EAT, they do amazing smoked crunchy corn kernels which come in little packets next to the till. Costa have yummy mini bakewell tarts which are gluten free, pre-packed next to the till again. Pret A Manger do the best pain au raisin, they keep them warm.0

I don't try to pretend Starbucks has healthy treats. But I sometimes get one of their vanilla mini scones. Tiny treats with 140 calories.0
