Looking to lose 40lbs, I tried doing it on my own and couldn't do it. After getting on the scale this morning and seeing 193lbs I knew I needed to do something different. So I'm here hoping to get LOTS of motivation along the way.

Thank you : ). To be honest, i wasn't fully committed. I signed up with MFP about a year and a half ago and would browse around but barely any logging of food, exercises, etc were done. Thank you so much for your encouragement!0
