A few mornings a week I'm unable to make it to the gym because I have to get my son ready for school (the gym doesn't open early enough to have time before waking him up). I have BB Body Pump, which I like, but would like to add some different workouts videos. Any suggestions for something that can be done in 30-45 minutes and burns a decent amount of calories? I'll preface by saying I don't want any crazy cardio type videos, more muscle building, or yoga/barre type workouts. Thanks in advance!

Aerobics of just about any type will burn more calories than any resistance program. The reality is that exercise is for fitness and health. If weight loss is the goal, then your calorie deficit is the most important formula.

I agree but I do pretty heavy cardio on my gym days and would prefer something different at home.

I like Kelly Coffey Meyer DVDs - lots of different categories to choose from:

Here's a link for barre DVDs (video clips & reviews): http://www.collagevideo.com/search?q=barre
