What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? walked during my son's swim practice and did stairs at work
What would I have done differently? less carbs
What is today's personal goals? log my food on MFP, get a walk in (8000 steps), do stairs every time I use the restroom, personal trainer session

Carbs are good and bad. Just google what the good carbs are and stick to them.
I am up at the cottage for a week so I won't be checking in this week but will continue when I get home on Monday. We paid for WI Fi here at the cottage so glad I can come up and check in.

Gained some weight this spring\summer. The traveling for work has stopped and I'm getting back on track. Starting with making good food choices then I will add back in some exercise. I walked a lot in Disney a couple of weeks ago (18,000 day) but having a tough time getting to the Y. (This always happens in the summer.) I think I am going to stay away from the elliptical for a while. I haven't had any hip pain since I've stopped using it. When I do exercise it's been walking or swimming.
