I couldn't agree more. How long has it taken you? Do you calorie count/food track like crazy or do you just eat clean and train? Mostly strength/weight training, or cardio? Great job by the way!!!0

I do more weight training and some cardio and hiit classes in between. It's taken a couple of years to finall get where I want to be thankyou for your kind words))

Clean eating trumps calorie tracking always and forever. If you do the former, there is very little chance you will need the latter.0

Untrue. There are a lot of people who get overweight eating 'clean', but you can easily lose weight eating what you want if you calorie count.0
