KT Tape or Rock Tape

Does anyone have any experience with KT Tape or Rock tape? I'm curious about opinions on either. Does one work better than the other or are they the same thing just by different companies?

    I have had issues with KT tape staying on for more than a day or two (even when I use rubbing alcohol to clean the application area first). I've only used Rock tape once (and it was applied by someone else), but that stuff stayed on for over a week without even an edge coming up! It took some effort to get it off, but my skin needed to breathe. :)

    Thank you! I have used KT Tape for shin splints and did ok with it but was thinking of trying Rock Tape instead. I appreciate your opinion.

    I have had much better luck with Rock Tape.
