Itworks product really works

I'm almost 30 and have always been over weight. I've tried everything I just don't have the self control when it comes to food. I recently started taking itworks thermofit. I stretch and do floor exercises every night for about 30-45 min and power walk a mile. Since tuesday I've lost 4 pounds already. Try their products they really work!! :-)
