Discuss your fears with your therapist and make sure you are taking your meds. If you are feeling more scared than usual, please call your dr, he/she might need to change your medication to help you feel a little better. I understand what you are going through, and I wish you good luck and to try and be strong and patient. From my personal experience with relatives facing the same issues, online forums are not a good place for a person suffering from your illness. People might make comments that will hurt you or scare you, even if they do not mean to. If you want to talk about the challenges you are facing, you could try here: http://forum.schizophrenia.com/ where you find other people who can understand what it feels like.0

Thank you!
I am currently not on any medication, as my doctor has not diagnosed me with anything, yet. Also, my therapist writes everything off as Anxiety.
That website is very interesting, I have never heard of it, until now. Thanks.

Ok, then follow your therapist's advice, you mentioned a different diagnosis on the deleted post, which is why I thought the link could help you. Did he/she tell you that a counting calorie site is a good idea? Ask him/her, as it might make your anxiety worse.

I will. Schizophrenia is something my psychiatrist said could be a possibility, because of my extreme paranoia over food and a few other things. Also, some other symptoms. I have not had any official diagnosis, yet. Most probably because I missed my last 2 appointments.
No, I didn't mention this site.0 -
