    1.What's your goal weight. 120 ibs

    2.Why did you choose that goal weight. Because I weighed that in university and liked how I looked at the time :)

    3.Do you have more than 1 goal weight. Yep! I break up my weight loss into mini goals of 140 ibs (10 stone), 126 ibs (9 stone) too

    4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over. 191 ibs, as that's where I started lol. When I hit my goal weight, my aim is never to go over 9 stone again

    5.What's the lowest weight you don't ever want to go under.
    anything that gives me an unhealthy BMI, really. So I guess that would be round 115 ibs

    6.What's your current weight. 152 ibs (10 stone 12)

    7.What's your starting weight. 191 ibs (...almost 14 stone!)

    8.What is your height. 5'6. I've believed I was 5'7 for too long, but realistically I'm shorter than I thought :(

    175lbs for now. Possibly 160-165. Only time will tell.

    I want to be at a healthy weight, but not too thin. I haven't been 175 since 7th grade. I looked good around 160-175lbs looking back at my older pictures.

    Unsure. I know I'll be happy once get closer to 200. So maybe 210lbs as a closer goal?

    4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over.
    My highest weight was 297 last year. So close to the 300lbs mark. I'd never want to be there again.

    5.What's the lowest weight you don't ever want to go under.
    Probably 150lbs

    Not completely sure as I've had weight issues since I was a kid. Ideally between 125-135 but if I feel good at 140 I'm fine w that

    Rough estimate using the stupid BMI charts for a reference point

    First mini goal of 199- Onederland and then onto #1

    Once I reach goal I want to stay within 5 lbs

    Whatever would be unhealthy for my height

    1) 122 lbs is my current goal
    2) Dunno tis random
    3) I guess you could say that. Originally my goal was to get to 130 lbs. When I got there, I decided to see what I would look like in the 120´s. I also have a bunch of fitness related goals.
    4) I would like to stay below 140 lbs (unless I get pregnant with a third child...no restrictions then). I don't ever want to get back to anywhere near the weight I was.
    5) 115 lbs
    6) this mornings weigh in put me at 129.3 (although I hit a new low of 128.3 just a few days ago)
    7) 260 lbs
    8)5´4.5"

    Awesome transformation. I had a similar start weight and have Similar goals. How long did it take you to get down to where you are now?

    This changes from time-to-time. I'm currently 128.8, I'm hoping to get to 120 :)

    It put's me at a nice healthy weight - nowhere close to 'overweight' and nowhere close to under. A nice middle ground.

    Yes, I'm breaking it down into smaller increments. Trying to take each pound at a time!

    I don't want to go over 128lbs.

    I wouldn't want to be under 115lbs

    Be a size 8-10 UK clothing. 35inch hips, 28-30inch waist

    I want to feel comfortable in clothes, be fit and healthy and have body confidence

    I think everyone does really, everyone would always like to go that bit further, just seeing what's realistic.

    Anything bigger than what I am now.

    Anything below #1 i'd say

    Current weight is 156lb, but approx a size 10-12 in UK clothing - 38inch hips, 32inch waist

    176lb approx 1.5yr ago, size 14 - 42inch hips, 38inch waist

    2.Why did you choose that goal weight? It is around the middle of the healthy weight range for my height and I have felt good at that weight before.
    3.Do you have more than 1 goal weight? Sort of. I'd like to not be overweight so the top of the healthy weight range is also a goal.
    4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over? 149 lbs I guess.
    5.What's the lowest weight you don't ever want to go under? Below 120 lbs would be too low for me based on past experience.

    ~Currently my goal is 125, then I'll re-evaluate.

    ~That's what I weighed in college when I felt best.

    ~My original goal weight was 128. Then I decided to keep going.

    ~135

    ~115 probably. I think I'd look too thin.

    1. Currently I'm aiming for 180
    2. That would be an even 100lb loss from when I started MFP, though I may aim to trim down some more once I hit that.
    3. I suppose so, like I said, I may get to 180 and decide to shoot for 160. I've just never been that low, so I'll have to wait and see what I feel once I get there.
    4. Once I get to my goal weight, I don't want to ever go back over the 200lb mark.
    5. Not really sure, I'll probably never want to be below 140-150.
    6. 265ish.
    7. I started MFP at 280, but I believe I was around 290 at one point.

    sorry, just had to ask - you are aiming for the same weight you were when you were 15? How old are you now?
