I'd like to know what you use to drive or to motivate you too accomplish your goals.

Mine is insults or put downs. Odd maybe but i like to use people's negative output as a source of will power and motivation to keep me working hard too achieve my goals. Proving people wrong is my motivation.

hmm..interesting and yes a little odd but whatever works for you!

For me is keeping my eye on the prize and looking at the size 2s and 4s in my closet that I can no longer fit into.

Besides just being healthy and happy, I've got a bunch of clothes that are too tight in my closet. I'm on a mission to fix that problem.

That is a good way to do it. I bought a tank top about 2 months ago purposely to small so that i can work my way into it. However insults are my main drive. The tank top is more of a goal for me

This might sound odd and some people might think it's not good too be motivated by this but...

My husband is my motivation, the reason I want to get in shape and look great. I've always dated duds but hit the jackpot with my husband. He is kind and caring, great with the kids, listens to me and tries to always be the best he can for me. He'll cook or clean if need be. He is ridiculously good looking and is hot for me no matter what I look like.

He deserve not only the best I can be as a person, but the best I can be as a body.

See these are some good ones i believe that people owe it to their loved ones to be fit. They should be willing too stay healthy so they can live longer and really enjoy life. People will be much happier being fit and not having to worry about the consciences of bad health.

I think the naked mirror trick is a great way to motivate clothes can be deceiving. There is nothing better than the naked truth. And being able to see muscle tone set in just motivates you more too keep pushing i believe fitness can ultimately turn into a positive addiction

My inspiration is having a goal and working towards it. I use short and long term goals.

I think lately I've lost my motivation and drive. Haven't seen results in weeks and it's bringing me down. :/

You need to change your routine. You hit your plateau, your body has adapted to your routine you need too increase it to challenge your body.
