well summer is over

well summer is over and I need to get back on track again. worked for 9 weeks so I had more time on my feet but didn't lose any weight. needing to rethink the way I look at weight loss and restart my program. I want to lose 50 more lbs. going to try 1/2 lb. at a time like before it worked for me the first time. need some encouragement thanks.
