I have lost over 150 pounds in the past two years even tho I am handicapped and not doing much walking. I started out at 450 pounds and today i weigh 309.2 pounds. Calorie counter and lots of fluid intake. (no alcohol, carbonated soda even no diet soda). Even after reaching my goal weight, I am going to reset my mind and motivation and lose another 100 pounds.

That's amazing, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. You must feel so much better. Good luck with your journey and continued success0
