Hello, I am new to this site. I have 15 lb to lose and could use advice on how to do it in 4 weeks. Can anyone give suggestions? Thanks :)

    Definitely a healthy diet. I found great results in 4 weeks with the 30 day shred (I didn't lose much pound-wise, but I did lose inches, and I looked so much better)

    Count calories, measure your food, and get at least 30 minutes for exercise a day.
