Body fat measure

hey everyone!

Does anyone know what retail stores will measure body fat % besides complete nutrition? I live in Dallas and don't have a complete nutrition here. Thanks!

    Haha yeah my trainer (who I cannot access any longer) said they do it for free at complete nutrition. Damn! Will have to figure out where I can get it done. Thanks guys!

    Well, I'm sure there are trainers and gyms that will do it, but be aware that the accuracy will... leave a lot to be desired. They will likely do it with calipers, which even when used by experts aren't very accurate. And chances are good that they won't be experts.

    What's the reason you want to know your body fat pct? Honestly, your best chance might be to post pictures here, and get the opinions of some of the more seasoned posters. If a number of them chime in, I'd wager that collectively they would be giving you a number that's pretty close to reality.

    Does Complete Nutrition do a caliper test, or is bio-impedance?

    Here in waco theres a place that does bod pod for $10/ mo. Was linked to Baylor.
    Plenty of colleges in DFW area, just google search for bod pod or similar, something should pop
