I am in a carb rut. That seems to be what most of my diet consists of and I feel obese, low energy and swollen. Already had cinnabon bread and kcup white cocoa. I need to do something as we all know where those carbs are going.

    Go do something physical. Carbs are your body's preferred fuel source. They are going into your blood stream for use as fuel. If you choose not to burn them, that is on you.

    I am the same way. Love my breads. I just cut them down. Went to low carb whole wheat bread and only have a slice or two a day usually. The rest of my carbs come mainly from fruit and veggies with the occasional sweet treat thrown in.

    Add some leafy greens to your days: romaine, swish chard, bok choy, spinach, kale, cabbage.

    Nothing wrong with carbs, it will still come down to a caloric deficit. Move, move, move!
