hi all :)
I'm hoping some of you won't mind sharing some quick easy recipes for yummy low cal treats - I have a real sweet tooth and am struggling!

    Sugar free chocolate pudding. Greek yogurt topped with fresh fruit. Sugar free jello. Frozen yogurt.

    Frozen grapes usually hit the spot! Or blueberries/banana dipped in vanilla yogurt and frozen :)

    Frozen bananas in the food processor, they have the same texture as ice cream! Yummy!

    Protein fluff, popcorn, very dark chocolate, greek yogurt with whatever toppings you like (I like PB2), mug cakes made in the microwave, frozen yogurt

    Low calorie cool whip! It's 10 calories for a tablespoon and make everything better... I like to put it on fruit or pudding or Jell-O.

    I just tried the Dannon Light & Fit single serve greek yogurts and I'm in LOVE! 80 calories & 12 grams of protein! Nice for a quick snack or a breakfast on-the-go!
