I'm new to this and need some help

hey guys,
I'm pretty new to this and I'm unsure how to work the app. I know how to track everything and all that but I don't understand the whole blogging and profile stuff, also I could do with some motivation

    You don't have to blog if you don't want to, and you don't have to fill out a full profile either. I didn't. I think I've got two blog posts, and one of those was a rant about something a couple years ago. XD

    As for motivation, take a good honest look at why YOU want to lose weight, not what others say or what you think it should be. It doesn't have to be 'to be healthier' either. That wasn't my motivation. I know one girl that wanted to lose weight to have better sex. But whatever reason it is, it has to be YOURS.

    Don't worry about the blogging/profile side of things - It's not necessary :]
    The tracking is all that matters, so stick with that and you'll get there! These forum's will help with any questions or advice you need so be sure to drop by from time to time. Stay positive, keep your head up and you'll reach your goal.
