Hello everyone,
I realized that MyFitness Pal is a lot easier to use to I'm able to track everything that I would want without much hassle compare to Samsung Health so decided today is the day I switch over. I've been on this app previously and since then it seems they've updated quite a bit!
Tracking calories and macros has been a routine for about two months now and hopefully by continuing to do so it gets me to where I want to be in relation with my fitness goals. I'm currently on an Intermittent Fasting routine which is working out great along with a RPT lifting routine. I've been all over the place with my body weight, from junior year of year school weighing about 170, to freshman year of college at about 180, bulking to 195, then I slowly began dropping to where I'm currently at which is back at 170. I was able to retain most of my strength from the 195 to 170 transition and my body fat percentage is hovering around 12-14%; my lifts have been stalling for quite some time now however (Bench is around 275x3, Squat is 315x3, and Deadlifts are 405x6) so one of my current goals is to gain about .5lbs per week in order to increase those lift numbers.
Anyways, just looking for like-minded individuals to network with so if you're pretty active don't hesitate to add a friend!

Just wondering how the intermittent fasting works? Do you fast after 'cheat' days? I'm curious to know as I have seen folk mention it in their plans!0
