New to the MyFitnessPal goal to initially get down to 220lbs from 240, ultimate goal to be down to 200-210lbs for Rio Summer Olympics next summer, this is doable just gotta get it done, my main exercises are walking 3.5 miles at least 3 times a week, swimming for 1 hour at least 2 times a week and weight training, which includes squats, bent over rows, dead lifts and chest presses all with very heavy weight.
