Super-happy with my loss this week - I've been logging religiously all week and sticking to my calorie allowance. My eldest daughter started school this week so I've been doing a lot more walking doing the school run each day - got up to 15,000 steps some days! I've got back into a couple of old pairs of jeans so that's a boost and it's good to have more to wear!
No struggles as such but there were a couple of days when I fancied snacking in the evening but I didn't have the calories so I just went to bed0 -

Successes/struggles this week: As the week went on I am getting closer to my calorie intake goal. For the past few months I have been eating 1000 - 2000 calories over my recommend calorie intake!!
Despite getting a cold, and missing two days of work. I was able to keep my calorie intake close to where I wanted it to be. I was even able to lose three pounds and I was not able to work out this week because of my cold.0 -
