This is what I see from my iPhone:

~Give me a few minutes and I'll upload a pic of what it looks like from PC. It's a different icon there. I'll also check and see what it looks like on android. ~

Grr...my computer is going so slow that I missed the edit post window.

Anyway:
My kindle Fire and my husbands samsung galaxy both look the same as my iPhone.
From PC -

Looks like some Android devices do not have the option to upload straight from their device (I noticed with a cheap LG I tried). In this case, you will have to upload the picture to a hosting site. Once it's uploaded, copy the link and paste it into the forum reply/post box. Then add [ IMG ] to the front and [/ IMG ] to the end of the link (remove spaces). Example:

[ IMG ]http://data.whicdn.com/images/20219754/cheeks-funny-kid-Favim.com-238743_large.gif[/ IMG ]

it should come out like this (once spaces are removed):
