when I have something like this I put it on the food scale and measure in ounces then divide it by how ever much I want in a serving example if it is 24 oz and I want 2 oz to be a seriving I divide it by 12.0

what i do in these circumstances is make the recipe up then divide it up into what I think is a serving size then go back to the recipe and enter how many servings. This one makes approx 20ozs, so maybe 4 servings? You can also go back into recipes to change the serving size afterwards as well0

Depending on how many servings you tell it , will determine how many calories it gives you per serving.0

I would say look at the recipe after you make it. How much are you going to eat. Break it up into smaller serving size containers and see how many you have. Put the number of servings in the create a recipe and see if you like the calorie count. If not break it down even more or less if you think you can have more. I would say 2 ounces for a dip is plenty but that is me. That is a lot of artificial sweetner too.0

What I usually do is make the recipe and then measure out how much the recipe made.
I decide how much I think is an appropriate serving and divide.
For example ... If a recipe makes 2 cups and I decide 1/8 cup is a serving, then I put in 16 servings.
I also go back and edit the recipe name to indicate how big a serving is, like this:
Low Calorie Fruit Dip (1/8 cup = serving)0 -
Thanks so much everyone!!!0
