Thinking about trying NROLFW. Unsure of what weights to use though? Right now my options are limited! I have a set of 10 pounds, a set of 15 pounds, *maybe* a set of 20 pounds, and a single 15/20/25 pound kettlebell. Is that enough to get started? Would I need the gym? Help?

Hi, not familiar with this method myself at this time, but I did do Body for Life a few years ago and now I'm addicted to Body Beast program. I use from 5lbs all the way up to 25lb dumbells, not sure if that helps you or not0

I'm not familiar with the particulars of that book (other than it gets recommended a lot). But for general weight lifting, you wanna be failing at a lift within 5-12 reps. If you can do more than that, you're mostly wasting your time and need to be using a heavier weight.
Try the lifts with what you've got and see how they go before you potentially waste any money, I'd say.
