Anyone want to join, I need all the accountability I can get and give. ☺ I know if I do this everyday, I can lose @ least 10 lbs same time next month!!! Who's with me

Excellent, welcome, we can post right here as many times as we want. to. I will be around a lot over the weekend especially. I don't have a lot of healthy choices for the next two days, but I'm still going to count everything. I did well for about ten days last month, lost five lbs, and haven't since. We can do this. ☺0

Well I know the scale is not my friend, I weighed after two days and only lost 2 oz less than a lb. I guess I have to be patient, which has never been a virtue of mine.0
