Black beans canned high in sodium. i rinse them in water. does that help?

over 500 grams of sodium in half a can of black beans !!!
rinsing them out takes out the sodium, right?
at least 1/2 of the sodium, right?

  Some places have cans of beans with low or no sodium added.
