2 month update (pics)

Hey guys so I thought I would post a progress picture. The reason why I'm doing this is to make something clear to my old self and to whoever is interested to hear me out.
During these two months I traveled for 3 weeks and ate a lot of things I don't usually eat (pizza pasta and sushi mainly). After I came back I was feeling really *kitten* so I did a fruit cleanse for a few days where I lost and gained water weight but it made me feel better.
My diets for the past 8 years have always been extreme and unsustainable. I would stop eating carbs and excercise excessively. Or I would cut my calories so low it made me lethargic and grumpy (aka hangry 24/7).
A month ago I decided to become vegan. I've been eating 300g carbs and around 2000 calories a day. I am litteraly eating whenever I want and whatever I want.
On the before photo I was eating 1500 calories maximum and all the wrong things that I thought were "healthy" and in the after photo I am eating between 1800-2300 calories and 400g of carbs of whole foods ( both times with regular exercise )
Anyway my point is : carbs aren't the enemy people! I can't stress this enough. Once you eat enough and move enough your body will thank you.
This progress is a small part of my journey but it's the start of a lifestyle I can actually sustain and will never feel deprived on.
Please don't deprive your body of what it needs. Your body is smarter than you and needs the fuel and care it deserves in order to function properly.
