No weight loss but pants are looser

I'm confused i haven't been losing any weight if it is it's like very little but my pants are starting to get really loose where i have to start wearing a belt. How is that possible?

    Losing inches may be the case.....what type of exercise are you doing?

    It's very commom to lose inches before weight. You might be gaining muscle as you lose fat....because muscle weighs more than fat. I've only lost 3 pounds since I started 2 weeks ago, but all my pants and shorts are fitting better. In fact today I put on a pair of denim shorts that I couldn't pull up over my hips 2 weeks ago!

    your probably loosing inches and toneing up your muscles. The weight loss usually takes longer to show than losing inches or toneing up muscels, but when it does you will be happy

    Just give it about a week or so and you'll notice the pounds coming off when you get on the scale. I'm doing Insanity series right now and at first I lost inches and my clothes weren't fitting, but I kept weighing in at my 163...then I got on the scale recently and I'd dropped to 159...so (BTW AWESOME TO BE BELOW 160!). So here is where you have to be a bit patient, but FEEL GOOD about you inches lost! That number is going to drop before you know it!

    this always happens to me. then i make sure i'm eating all my calories (or close) and drinking 8-12 cups of water. good luck!
