Paleo Diet

I have done some research of my own on the Paleo Diet.. I however don't like " diet" added into.. Because it's really not a restrictive diet. Any Paleo's out here?! Suggestions, tips welcomed:)!

Seriously, if you want people on paleo diets giving you useful tips - hit the groups.
You may find one one point of view on the general forums about paleo, which will help you make an informed choice, but you'll normally have to pick through the posts about how it's named incorrectly to find them.
