Caffiene Intolerance?

Does anyone else have this? Caffiene sends me into panic attack mode even in small amounts. I drank one fourth of an iced coffee at whole foods today and now I'm awake feeling nauseated and shaky. A little anxious on and off too. Any ways to combat this so I don't live in fear of a little caffiene?

I wouldn't drink it if it affected me like that. I'd ask for decaf.
Mind you, I was awake til 3am last night because I'd had a Diet Coke at the cinema at 8, so maybe I should take my own advice.0 -

*caffeine
I've felt like that when I've had more than my usual 3 cups of coffee a day.
And I've felt just nauseous after drinking a large iced coffee once or twice, but usually I'm OK with them.
How often has this happened to you?0 -
The same thing happens to me. I do not drink coffee. I make tea instead.0

I get very shaky and light headed. I have about coffee and caffeinated drinks years back. I was able to tolerate green tea but ended up giving it up as well0

I used to be okay with caffeine and drank coffee, diet coke and ate chocolate reguarly. Then one day I had a coffee from a cafe and I honestly thought I was dying lol I had the worst panicky feeling, dizziness and headache. I now have to completely avoid coffee. Even green tea or a square of chocolate can make me feel light headed or anxious. I sometimes have a little bit of raw cocoa nibs or powder but I have to make sure it's not on an empty stomach otherwise even the smallest amount will affect me0

Always was a heavy coffee drinker, out of no where I stopped tolerating it. I get foggy, shaky, hungry, unable to concentrate. I've tried resetting my tolerance by quitting and starting with decaf then half caff. Nothing helps, I think I cant even tolerate black teas anymore. I wish there was a way to combat it.. I've googled and tried everything lol. I think we just need to avoid it. Its hard because even after I am done with the withdrawal symptoms I still crave it because I am so used to the ritual of drinking coffee.0
