Exercise with my new Wonder Core

Oh boy, am I out of shape. I made it to 15 minutes with the Wonder Core, got on HSN. I am in my 60's. This is the first time. I will keep at it. Not easy as I am needing to lose a lot of weight. Just sayin. Anyone else trying this?

I've used devices like that before. But i don't do a lot of ab exercises, because i believe abs should mostly get worked from a total-body strength program. For example, squats work legs + abs.
And as you may have heard, ab exercises don't target ab fat.. if that's what you're trying to do...?

If you want an ab workout device try one of these bad boys. At around $8 probably most cost effective piece of exercise equipment out there:

This tells how to use it:

Well done Gayle. It will get easier.
If you are not used to exercise, take baby steps. There is nothing more discouraging than over doing it and burning out, or pulling some muscle or other.

Make sure you drink enough water.

If you haven't started counting calories yet, work out on MFP how many you need to lose a lb or so a week, and buy yourself a food scale so you can ensure you are eating the right amount.

    Cheers, h
I too am in my 60's.

Sorry I am behind in answering all posts. I will think about all suggestions. I am hanging in there, day at a time.
