New to MFP not new to trying to lose weight

hi all

Checking in from Hong Kong. Need to lose about 150 lbs. I just finished 5th week.

SW: 405
CW: 369
GW: 210

I started to track my diet and exercise with Loseit. Good app but I checked out MFP about a week ago and I think I like it more. For 5 days or so I was doing them both in parallel but now I have switched over to MFP entirely.

Hoping to stay on track with a little help from the community.
