Anyone using an apple watch to track calories and using the workout app??

I have been using my Apple sport watch to track my active and resting calories for a few months now and its pretty legit. Share your experiences with your Apple watch and how its helped you achieve your fitness goals.

    I use it religiously since I got it in may. One thing I like about it is that I can easily see where my heart rate is at while running. The days when I want to work out in a certain zone I can easily adjust my speed as needed. I also see over time how my HR is lower as I go faster which means increased fitness.
