I HIGHLY recommend reading The Diet Solution by Judith Beck. She doesn't tell you what diet to use, she tells you how to be successful using whichever diet you choose. You can get it used and cheap on Amazon. I wish I'd found this a long time ago. It would have saved me a LOT of frustration.
