does anyone do the T25? I just started the workout n i need help to log it in. Can anyone help? Tia

You can edit your original post if you realize you've made mistakes. I do both all the time.
I'd probably just go with one of the aerobic entries. The problem is, anything you pick is going to be a guess. MFP doesn't know how much effort you put into your workout session so the numbers can be really off. If I were you I'd halve the number MFP gives you to be on the safe side. And you might want to invest in a heart rate monitor if T25 is going to be something you plan to do often.0
