Does anyone limit their "end of day" timing?

For about a week now, I decided to make sure I stop eating before 10 pm. I went bed full. When I do that, I woke up and my weight drop pretty good. I felt much better than before. I felt much energized.
I wonder if anyone do the same or what? Does it work? Does it really matter?

Just wanted to know what other do..

Good Evening! :)

I've noticed a difference in the next-day weigh ins if I cut myself off sooner rather than later. Ideally, 7pm is a good time for me.

I try not to eat up to 3 hours before I go to bed. Usually for me this is around 11pm since I go to bed very late/early around 3am. If I am really hungry I don't restrict myself though, as long as I don't go over in my calories. I am doing a different kind of diet right now though, where my foods are pretty limited (no sugars or starches). Generally they say not eating past 7 or 8pm is a good cut-off.

I stop eating after 8 usually. And it makes a HUGE difference. I also try to make dinner a light meal!
